John D. Locacius Obituary

In loving memory of John D. Locacius (Orland Park, Illinois), who departed this world on September 19, 2025 at the age of 90. John D. leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though John D. may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John D. touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Locacius and Rose Locacius; and his sister Rosemary. He is survived by: his children, Roseanne Cameron, Kathy Marcuccelli (late Chuck), John Locacius Jr. (Eileen), Cindy Locacius Sanders, Donald Locacius (Renee), William Locacius and Christopher Locacius (Beata).

Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462).
