John McNamara Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John McNamara of Orland Park, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 81, on May 15, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; his parents, James McNamara and Della McNamara; and his sibling-in-law Lynn Berliner (late Marilynn). He is survived by: his children, Kathe Weinman (Lee) and Jackie DeLise (late Tom); his grandchildren, Paige DeLise and Tony DeLise (Madison Fahey); his siblings, Jim (Mary Pat) and Pat McNamara (Lori); and his siblings-in-law, Dale Federico and Fred Remington (Leah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
