It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John R. Shipley of Orland Park, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shipley and Maria "Didi" Hogan. He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Page; his children, Tim Shipley (Lauren) and Nicole Anglada (Joe); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Preston and Peyton Shipley; his children, LaRae, Stacey, Alexandra, Victoria and Jesalyn; and his siblings, Tony, Linda, Billy and Debby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
