She is survived by: her husband Ronald Galvin; her son Michael Galvin (Andrea); her grandchildren, Madeline and Thomas; her son Brian Galvin (Colleen); her grandchildren, Patrick (Devan), Brendan, Cormac, Quinn and Barbara Czerwinski (John); her great grandchildren, Collin, John Paul, Luke, Dean and Dillon; her brother Jack Holt (Carol); her nephew Jack Jr.; her niece Kimberly; Hadley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
