He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kociolek and Helen Kociolek (Chudzik); his stepmother Maxine Kociolek (Hoffmiller); and his son Edwin Gulbransen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kociolek (Meadors); his brother John Kociolek (Terry); his children, Paul Gulbransen, Larry Kociolek (Lisa) and Sarah Lyons (Russel); and his grandchildren, Grayson, Landon, Addison, Sadie and Quinn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Heart and Vascular Institute at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL, to support the work of the amazing doctors and nurses who gave Larry so many more memorable years with us through their expertise and compassion.
