She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack McEnery and Marguerite McEnery; and her sister Patricia Carter (Jack). She is survived by: her spouse Reid Bennett; her children, Dan Schumacher, Ellen Bettenhausen and Laurie Schumacher (Cameron Wheeler); her grandchildren, Kasey, Jack, Declan, Caitlyn, Colin, Lauren, Reilly, Aidan, Quinn, Addison and Easton; and her sisters, Kathleen Shanahan (Terry) and Marita Gocke (John).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (14327 Highland Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462).
