She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rick Pastiak; her children, Kari Pastiak (Mark), Julie Mraz (Mark), Katie Quesnel (Todd) and Adam Pastiak (Kate); her grandchildren, Brianna, Mia, Olivia, Kylie, Alyssa, Makayla, Ava, Emily and Bodhi; her parents, Frank Schlachter and Joan Schlachter; and her sisters, Diane, Carol, Nancy, Donna and Janet.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Interment privateIn lieu of flowers donations to Lurie Children's Foundation, 225 E. Chicago Ave, Box 4, Chicago, IL 60611 would be appreciated.
