She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Tompos and Margit Tompos; her husband Richard F. Nelson; her brother-in-law Basile Denissoff; and her niece Annie.
She is survived by: her children, Rik Nelson (Jan) and Marcy Tucker (Anthony); her grandchildren, Deanna Nelson, Michael Adams and Amanda Nelson; her sister Ilona Denissoff; and her nieces and nephews, Margaret, Elias, Peter, Basil and Christine. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
