She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. O'Brien Sr.; her parents, William Burchett and Loretta Burchett; and her brother Billy Burchett. She is survived by: her children, Susan May (Jim), Raymond Jr. O'Brien (Therese), Robert O'Brien (Patricia), Mary Beth O'Brien and William O'Brien (Melissa Banchak); her grandchildren, Kelli O'Brien (Kyle O'Connor), Raymond III O'Brien (Kelly), Jack Banchak and Liam O'Brien; her great grandchild Ella May O'Brien; and her sister Carol Ann Cavin (late Larry).
