He is survived by: his mother Joan Vlaisavich; his son Brian Vlaisavich; his sisters, Sandy Otto and Sharon Rietz (Gary); his nephew Christopher Rigoni; and his nieces, Sara Otto and Emily Otto. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
