She was predeceased by: her husband Harry R. Fransen Jr.; her parents, David Williams and Christina Williams; her brother Andrew Williams (late Marge); and her nephew Michael.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Fransen (Marielle) and Susan Fransen (William Lavery); her grandchildren, Cecelia, Lillian, Camille Fransen and Christina Lavery; her brother Michael (Dianne); and her sibling's children, Kathleen Lis (David), Patrick (Jill) and Christine Williams.
