He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Kelly Yana (Kenny) and Michael Phelan (Lindy); his grandchildren, Quinn, Gavin, Reese and Paige; and his siblings, Bill Phelan (Pat), Pat Wilson (Phil), Kathy Lipinski (Tom), Denis Phelan (Judy), Richard Phelan (Jane) and Mark Phelan (Judy).

Interment private, In lieu of flowers donations to Most Holy Redeemer Church would be appreciated.
