He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Anne Huizenga; his siblings, Laurelie Love (late Ben) and Douglas Huizenga (Jean); and his parents, Dirk Huizenga and Mildred Huizenga.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Huizenga (Matt Wade) and Eric Huizenga (Mary Ann); and his grandchildren, Calvin, Rebecca and Nicholas.
