He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Barbara; his children, Tara Knopp (Dan) and Courtney Miller (Mark); his grandchildren, Keaton, Kelsey, Collin, Drew and Kate; his parents, James Ahern and Dorothy Ahern; and his siblings-in-law, William Gale (Beverly) and Susan Lopez (Jesse).
