He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine A. "Dolly"; his children, Raymond (Kim) and Kathleen Ryan (Raymond); his parents, George Jachowicz and Anna Jachowicz; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Wilma.

He is survived by: his daughter Margaret Scanlan (Timothy); and his siblings, George, Julie, Helen and Sophie.

In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
