He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren "Bud" Forberg and Marlene Forberg; and his siblings, Douglas (Natalie) and Julie Heikes. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, James, Jennifer Forberg-Hunter (Corey) and Danielle; his grandchildren, Cameron, Caden, Kathleen Forberg and Mya Beers; and his siblings, Cindy Atkinson (Michael), Kirk and Keith (Ann Marie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 9:15 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Church (9300 167th St, Orland Hills, IL 60487).
