He is survived by: his sons, Rob Lisak (Laurie) and Rick Lisak; his grandchildren, Shea, Claire, Cadence and Coda; his siblings, Rita (Roman Kulawiec), Helen "Cookie" (Chris Wisinski), Don (Stephanie Lisak) and Terry Lisak (Matthew "Bill" Lisak); his brother-in-law Bill Young; and his siblings' children, Romina, Rory Kulawiec, Chip Wisinski, Cory Wisinski (Stanton), Renee, Adam Lisak, Kimberly, Benjamin Lisak and Cameron Massa.
