For Theresa is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew W. "Bill" Lisak; and her parents, Wladyslaw "Walter" Dulemba and Maria Dulemba. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Lisak and Benjamin Lisak; her grandchild Norah; and her siblings, Joseph Dulemba (Janice) and Casey Dulemba.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home & Crematory (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462).
