She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Botwinski; her grandson Brad; and her brother Jim Bochenczak. She is survived by: her sons, Bob (Sandy) and Bill; her grandsons, Robert, Brian and Kevin (Jenna); and her sibling-in-law Pat Bochenczak.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:45 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Church (9300 167th St, Orland Hills, IL 60487).
