Walter Maag Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Maag (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on August 21, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Walter shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Walter farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst Maag and Emma Maag; and his siblings, Ernst Maag and Emma Dora (Peter). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his daughters, Kathleen Salzman (Jack) and Sharon Maag; and his granddaughters, Emma and Megan.
