As we bid William farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For William is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy; and his siblings, Wayne Covelli and Wally Covelli. He is survived by: his son Scott Stack; his siblings, Kari Nagle (Clint), Richard Covelli and Vicki Covelli; and his sister-in-law Mary Stanek (late Robert).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home & Crematory (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
