With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela Christine Whitney of Oswego, Illinois, born in Hinsdale, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2025 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert Whitney Sr., Jean Whitney, Irma Whitney and Jerold Borg. She is survived by: her son Jackson Whitney; her parents, Robert Whitney and Linda Whitney; her grandmother Corrine Borg; her siblings, Steven Whitney, Mark Whitney (Kristin) and Jenny Lyell (Sean); and her siblings' children, Keira Whitney, Kinsley Whitney, Nash Whitney, Whitney Lyell, Sammi Lyell, Logan Lyell, Colin Whitney and Josie Whitney. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

For those who would like to leave a lasting tribute to Angela's life, memorial donations may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Breast Cancer Association.

“In Loving Memory of Angie Our Golden Voice, Our Karaoke Sister Woven through laughter, music, and the glow of stage lights at Keywester & Cabaret. We were part of something special there, a little karaoke family where everyone belonged, and Angie shined so brightly. Both Scott S. and I will forever hear "Lets hear it for the boy" so differently now. We used to joke that with our platinum locks, we were the “blonde crew.” It was silly, but it was ours—a kind of unspoken sisterhood. Rest easy.”
