He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Florence; his daughter Lisa Smith; and his grandchild Krysten Nichole Smith. He is survived by: his children, Lorraine (Michael), Tony Salamone (Cindy), Chrysi (Paul) and Salamone Sengstock; and his grandchildren, Jessica Lankard, Johnny Smith, Anthony Salamone, Nicholas Salamone, Emilia Bellas and Alyssa Krol. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL 60543). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
