He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Milan and Clara Milan; his former wife Vera Milan; his siblings, Oenver, Devaun, Julius, Eldridge Milan, Quinenza Milan, Etheola Peek and Jacqueline Williamston; his nephews, Oenver Milan, Anthony and Kevin Alexander; and his niece Renee Young.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Milan; his children, Dexter Milan (Lena), Carla and Petrina Milan; his stepdaughters, Vicki Mills (Nathaniel) and Shelis Jones; his grandchildren, Deandre, Tyree, John, Feron and Zachary; and his great grandchild Deandre Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
