She was predeceased by : her parents, Miklos Kovacs and Clara Kovacs; and her brother Nicholas Kovacs. She is survived by : her husband Elemer A. Halvax of Montgomery; her brothers, Victor Kovacs (Pam) of Joliet and George Kovacs of Chicago; her sister-in-law Katalin Kovacs; her children, Andrea Stewart (Jeff) of Oswego, Anthony Halvax (Penny) of Plainfield, Timothy Halvax (Liz) of Oswego and Thomas Halvax (Lauren) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Amy Joseph, Scott, Amanda Stewart, Ryan, Tara Halvax, Jaclyn Ferrer, Matthew, Steven Halvax, Thomas Jr., Tia Halvax and Anne Depottie; and her great grandchildren, Jesse, Logan Ferrer, Nolan Petersen, Olivia Dillard and Noa Joseph.
