As Darla departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Darla may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Darla leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Christian (Merkel) and Dean Christian. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her siblings, Sheila, Donna and Ken; her stepsisters, Lisa and Michelle; and her stepmother Sandy. She is also survived by aunt and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
