He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Roth and Virginia Roth (Weiss); and his wife Elaine Roth (Zielke). He is survived by: his daughter Heather Swenson (Kurt); and his grandson Emmett Swenson.
Memorials may be directed toward planting a tree in David's memory, next to the memorial tree that has been planted for Elaine.
