He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Jack Fish and Theresa Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Bonczyk; his parents, Ray Bonczyk and Shirley Bonczyk; his stepdaughter Alicia Boutwell; his sisters, Darlene Fish and Debbie Reitz (Michael); and his sisters-in-law, Robbin Garza (Roy), Dianne Servin (Roger) and Jeanine Priest. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
