It is with sadness that the passing of George G. Semenek of Oswego, Illinois is shared. George, born on April 19, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on August 27, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George G. Semenek to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Semenek and Janet Semenek; and his brothers, Ronald Semenek and Robert Semenek. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Semenek; his children, Scott Semenek (Patti Pfister) and Tracy Eraci (Michael); his granddaughters, Natalia and Mia Eraci; and his brother Frank Semenek (Chris). He is also survived by grandparents, an aunt and uncle, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services (44 S Mill St, Naperville, IL 60540). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Scholastica Catholic Church (7800 Janes Ave, Woodridge, IL 60517).
