He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard B. Cornwall and Esther Cornwall; his stepmother Ruth; and his brothers, Marvin and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his sons, David Gerald (Colleen) of Bloomington and Ronald Wayne of West Chicago; his wife Carolyn Jane Gould; and his grandsons, Matthew, Shawn and Ryan Cornwall.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dunn Family Funeral Home (1801 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL 60543). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Gerry's name to a charity of your choice.
