He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Byron and Eleanor Byron (Lyons); his granddaughter Madi Diaz; and his brothers, Dan and Jim Byron.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Nick Alvarez and Angie Diaz (Victor); his grandchildren, Morgan, Kasayna, Maddux Alvarez and Bella Diaz; his great grandchild Grayson; and his siblings, Mary Carullo (late Charlie) and Mike Byron (Joni). He is also survived by several in laws and many nieces, nephews and friends.
