He is survived by: his significant other Leo Tovar; his sons, Jose F. Navarro Jr., Juan Ramon Navarro and Alex Navarro; his sisters, Juana Maria Navarro, Bertha Lilia Navarro and Virginia Navarro; and his brother-in-law Antonio Navarro.
