With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathryn Floyd of Oswego, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kathryn left this world on June 25, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Daugherty and Dorothy Daugherty (Nave); her husband Don; and her siblings, Clara Spayer, Betty Daugherty, Bernadine Alsup, Jack and Jim Daugherty.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Floyd (Paulette) of Yorkville and Scott Floyd (Tari) of Millington; her granddaughters, Ashley O'Brien (Mike) of Algonquin, Aarika Floyd of Oak Park and Samantha Floyd (Marc Medina) of Naples, FL; her great grandchildren, Noah, Marc, Xavian, Geovani, Keylani Medina, Michael and Ryder O'Brien; her sister Pat Bivens of Peru; and her sister-in-law Delores Daugherty of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
