With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lori L. Cherven of Oswego, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, whose life came to an end on June 24, 2025 at the age of 56, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentino "Deno" Zazzetti and Donna Zazzetti; and her sister Diana Lynn Zazzetti. She is survived by: her husband Tom Cherven Jr.; her children, Samantha Sliwa (Joey), Mike Cherven (Stephanie), Maggie Brockett (Anthony), Daniel Cherven, Robert Brockett, Kevin Brockett (Allison) and Gabbi Brockett (Drew); her grandsons, Peter Sliwa and Henry Sliwa; and her siblings, Joseph Zazzetti (Cynthia), Thomas Zazzetti and Deno Zazzetti (Patricia).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Park (675 US-30, Oswego, IL 60503).
