We are sad to announce that, on May 19, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Margerite L. Hannes of Oswego, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Brockman and Myrtle Brockman (Mills); her husband John S. Hannes of Chicago; and her siblings, Gustie Waggoner, Lois Williamson, Paul, Kenneth and Glenn Brockman.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Hannes (Karen), Karen Dell (Paul), John M. Hannes, Dan Hannes (Sandi) and Jim Hannes; and her sisters, Mary Ann Morello (Peter), Carolyn Latimer (Leslie) and Imogene Seaborn. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Hospice.
