Marshelle Henry Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marshelle Henry of Oswego, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Earl Henry; her sister Cindy Kay Henry; and her son Alex Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Phylliss Henry; her children, Russell (Traci), Dowlin (Zainab Khan) and Phylliss Johnson; her grandchildren, Monroe, Josie, Rubina and Musa Johnson; her sister Ellen Miraldi (Mark); and her nephew Jacob Miraldi.

While in SF she also lived through the 1989 San Francisco earthquake and the AIDS pandemic, which had a lasting and profound impact on her life.
