She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence M. and Mary B. Diehl; her husband Robert; her children, Mary, Joseph and Ann Hettinger; and her siblings, James, Joseph and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Wooley (Gary), Steve Hettinger (Sabrina) and Diane Bybee (Mark); her grandchildren, Brittany Drollinger (Kevin), Gregory Wooley (Ashley), Benjamin Wooley (Andrea), Joseph Bybee (Courtney) and Connor Bybee (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Evie, Owen and Violet; and her sister Pat Beezley (late Don). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dunn Family Funeral Home (1801 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL 60543). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL 60543). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Risen Lord Catholic Cemetery (1501 Simons Rd, Oswego, IL 60543).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Martha's name can be made to St Anne Catholic Church in Oswego or the charity of your choice.
