He is survived by: his wife Lena Webb Ruhl; his daughters, Tammy (Keith Anderson) and Janet Ruhl (Ted Carski); his sisters, Mary Miller and Margaret Botkin; and his close friend Connie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, honorary nieces and nephews.
