He is survived by: his mother Mary Anne Angone (McGreal); his wife Rose; his stepfather Ron Angone; his sisters, Bridget (Patula) and Jeanine (O'Toole-Johannpeter); his brothers-in-law, Kevin and Josh; his mother-in-law Mary Warren; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Chrissy Warren; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Molly, Caitlin Patula, Joseph, Timothy and Maddie Warren.

In lieu of flowers, Mike has requested donations made to the O'Toole children's educational fund.
