We bid farewell to Olivia Delaney Chase of Oswego, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 2, 2025 at the age of 12. Olivia Delaney touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her parents, Thaddeus Chase (Steve) and Stacie Lynn Chase (Welle); her grandmothers, Linda Hosto and Stefania Chase; her great-aunt Janina Langiewicz; her great-uncle Janusz Langiewicz; her aunt Sara Puente (Welle); her uncle Adam Welle; her grandfathers, Thaddeus A. Chase and John J. Welle; her great-aunt Sabina Kalinowski (Dabrowska); and her great-uncle Piotrus Dabrowski.
In lieu of flowers, we are grateful for any donations to Angels for Olivia, a non-profit organization we are currently in the process of forming in honor of Olivia.
