He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis and Lora; and his sister Sandra A. Minicher. He is survived by : his wife Susan C. Austin; his daughters, T. Beth Britt (Tim), Tatiana K. Austin and Laurie A. Barkdoll (Mike); his grandchildren, Jake Thelen (Katie), Rachel Thelen, Tyler Barkdoll (Christina) and Zach Barkdoll; and his nieces, Lee Ann Gathard and Bailee Woods. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
