It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Skeels of Oswego, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. and Geraldine. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Stacey Donnelly (Bill), Brian Skeels (Pam) and Shawn Skeels (Monica); his grandchildren, Amanda Henry (Cody), Brendan Donnelly, Emma Donnelly, Carter Skeels, Sarah Skeels, Alyssa Skeels and Jason Skeels; his great grandchild Theo Henry; and his siblings-in-law, Jamie Driscoll (Kevin), Martha Doran (Michael Miller) and Paul Doran (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
