He is survived by: his wife Charlene McDuffee; his sons, Ronald F. Hinton (Thomas) of Sarah, E. H. and Charles H. Hinton (Christina); his grandchildren, Jacob, Trevor Hinton, Olivia and Ben Hinton; his brothers, Grant Hinton (Susan) and Bill McElhone (Chris); his extended family, Dave McDuffee (Blythe), Sandra McDuffee, Kathleen Petersen and Marianne Vance (Tim); and his close friend Willie McGregor.
