Kelley; his son Zachary Kelley (Nickie); his grandchildren, Garret W. Kelley and Gracelyn Ronnie Kelley; and his siblings, Wayne Kelley (Glenda) of Ravenden, AR, Charlie Belle Theede (Bill) of Yorkville, IL and Avis Kelley (Anita) of Oswego, IL.. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
