She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bolf and Gladys Bolf (Stadler); her husband Jack B. York; her children, Julie Alsip (Marseilles) and Jack York Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; her grandson Christerfer R. Gargo (Aurora); and her siblings, Helen, Jack, Pete and Donald.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie York; and her grandchildren, Shane, Kelly, Trisha, Jacquline, Joshua, David and Anthony. She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Dunn Family Funeral Home (1801 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL 60543). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (414 N River St, Montgomery, IL 60538). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Riverview Diner (1420 SE River Rd, Montgomery, IL 60538).
