It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vallen Stewart Jr. of Oswego, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vallen Sr. Stewart and Louise Stewart (Richmond); and his brothers, Wade (Jewel), Joe (Margaret) and Charlie (Carletta).
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Valerie Stewart and Terrance Micah Knight; his grandchildren, Empress, Nataevia, Danica, Mikayla, Olympia, Khailani and Lila; his siblings, Mosell (Loretta), Sullivan (Dot), Roosevelt (Sue), Charles, Pearl Davis (Burt) and Venus Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Stewart and Ollie Williams (Venus). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
