He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas J. Higgins Sr.; and his cousins, Mariah, Damion and Dakota Higgins. He is survived by: his parent Kathleen Scott; his stepfather Tim Kelley; his siblings, Eric Motozapo, Selena Allen-Motozapo (Mitchell), Alexis Higgins and Kaylyn Adams; his grandmother Karla Higgins (Bray); his uncle Tommy Higgins; his cousins, Tommy, Asia and Miley Higgins; and his nieces and nephews, JoJo, Louis and Ameliana Allen.
