With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billie Leslie of Ottawa, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Leslie and Coriner Leslie (Kirkland); his sister Diana; and his great grandchild Ashlynn Blacklaw. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Vatland; his children, Barb Anderson (Gary), Darrell Leslie of Ottawa, IL and Kevin Leslie (Melissa) of Ottawa, IL; his grandchildren, Brad Anderson (Nina), Michelle Blacklaw (Nick), Jenny Hackler (Eric) and Jesstine Leslie-Frieders (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Jaden, Gavin, Ava Anderson, Addie, Broc Blacklaw and Ainsley Hackler; and his siblings, Richard, Sue, Jerry, Linda and Philip, Jr..
