She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Scovone and Irene Clark; her husband Carmen Formella; her son Carmen Formella; and her siblings, Joe, Jerry Batsch, Joanne Smith and Kathy Cooper.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Formella and Gina Bird (Arthur); and her grandchildren, Anthony Formella, Amber Taylor, Bobbie Jean Formella, Heather Kanupp and David Brasfield. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
