She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Straass and Mae Straass; and her sister Sherry Brackett. She is survived by: her husband Norman Chretien; her children, Laurie Daniel (David) and Chris Chretien (Rachel); her grandchildren, Julia, Erin Daniel, Lily and Mia Chretien; her sister Glee Boersma; and her sister-in-law Loraine Chretien. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Bonnie's family would like to thank Vitas Hospice and Pavilion of Ottawa for their wonderful and compassionate care throughout her struggle with Alzheimer's. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice.
